The Untouchables

The Dalit is the name given to a group of people traditionally regarded as “the untouchables” They are a mixed population in one of the lower social classes of India. This project was a collaboration with photographer Oana Dragan This project serves both as an informational piece of the Dalit people and a diary of Oana’s experiences living with and getting to know these beautiful people.

Originally designed as a print book. The book was also designed for tablet devices with Adobe’s Digital Publishing Suite (Available soon)
